Effectiveness with ease
I like the clean interface, ease of setup, and generally easy navigation. I don't run a big operation (about 100 customers) but this sure makes it easy to keep up with effectiveness, collect my contact notes in one place, etc.

A very handy and useful CRM specially for beginners. It provides complete transparency through which you can pitch your client on time. Action by the customer on any of our activity are visible in the CRM through which you can easily decide what to do and when to do.
