Well Zoho Bigin is user-friendly. It is interactive without the extra functions. Like as a small business owner you don't need all the nuances but an overall management and it surely does great in regards to that

Great for scheduling and brand analytics
The fact that I can create brands and schedule individual posts on different social media platforms. I especially loved the way I can get each page analytics and export them for presentation.

Zoho Social is the all in one app to manager your brand on social network. It's a really complete tool that help us promote our event. Our favorite feature is the editorial calendar allowing us to schedule all our posts. Easy to use, Zoho Social is a go to.
