A little learning curve and then smooth sailing
I've really enjoyed Zoho Social so far. There was a little bit of a learning curve but once you figure it out, it's very easy. Not as intuitive as others, but it gets easier. We did have a hiccup where I had to have my boss lower my status on the portal so that we could get the approval process down which was annoying, but not the end of the world.

"Simple and reliable online meeting platform"
What do you like best about Zoho Meeting? Use Zoho meeting regularly for management meeting and some Clients meeting also. It is easy to invite people via email/link and the software is easy to use without needing to study it. Sound quality is amazing and used for several hours without drop out, it allows screen sharing and recording

Email service is very good, pricing is affordable and set up a little confusing but support helps very fast via chat.

Great for in-house SMMs
I'm a one-person social media team in-house, and the premium plan is ideal to manage the day to day. I tried the free premium trial for a month and plan to keep it - it's very cheap in comparison to other platforms I've used in the past. In comparison to tools like Sprout, it actually isn't that far off so it's well worth the price.
