It's Brilliant. I have been using the Zoho ONE Ecosystem for over 3 Years now. I had limited programing experience and very little in actual software development beyond some experiements in Javascript and Visual Basic. This has been the easiest platform to use for our social media channels. There is a detonate fear from the learning curve needed. But Zoho have an all in one video on YouTube which we followed, and instantly felt confident using the platform. If we can do it ... anyone can!

An Excellent Social Media Management Platform
Zoho is relatively easy to use and incredibly robust. Their offering is one of the best on the market for social media management at this time; that's coming from someone who has used many different social media managment platforms ove the past 10 years. Scheduling and managing content is easy, running reports is quick and simple, and most of all, the platform is actually accessible for small business owners who don't necessarily have tons of free time to learn a new system from the inside out.

Basic analytics available on the free version, so not deep insights but better than nothing! I think there should be more features in the free version - esp the calendar view, which is super useful. Writing posts ahad of time and scheduling them. BUT this really should be on the free version too.
