Cost effective webinar solution

What do you like best? Participants get started quickly and don't need to fiddle around to get their audio started. It's a clean interface. I can integrate it with CRM to follow up effectively, which make a huge difference to the functionality. I like the registration process. What do you like best? I like the ease of use and that I have the ability to record training for remote employees. Working remote can be difficult when it comes to training and this has been a good solution. What do you dislike? Sound quality can be rough.
