PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It can be compared with other video conferencing software such as Lync and Skype. With Zoho Meeting, it offers a greater and better experience despite its limitation regarding a lower user base. It is also a web-based tool and thus you do not have to download the app and then install it. You can start your web conferencing meeting right away using your browser. What do you like best? It is very userfriendly and easy to access. A few additional features are helpful too. What do you dislike? While the PPT is on it becomes difficult to chat with our audience. The host cannot see the PPT. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it to interact with our audience and it is all smooth. One good part about the software is we get proper analytics of all the webinars that we schedule.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Zoho gives you that much needed functionality that you'd expect from a conferencing platform. No bells and whistles to get your attention. No frills either! It's not as popular as other suites but it's very forgiving and won't burden you with network issues or firewall hoops. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? I like that I can have up to 25 participants along with Q&A chat with attendees and recording all in the free trial. What do you dislike? I didn't like how choppy the visual was of my super smooth slide presentation. I didn't like the instructions and support.
