What do you like best? The ease of use. Its simple to set up unlike a SalesForce. We also use the traffic app that notifies us each time visits our website. What do you dislike? The User Interface feels a bit out of date. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales process and promote new features

Easy to use and inexpensive

What do you like best? It is easy to use and doesnt ask you to login as many times as webex. What do you dislike? I have had reports of a couple meeting having trouble connecting with voip, but then again I have personally had trouble with webex doing the same thing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? New business trying to keep costs down. Easier and quicker access to screen recordings and quicker to launch them.

What do you like best? It allows multiple people to connect simultaneously whilst allowing the admin control over the participants actions. The sessions can be recorded and listened to later. Easy and Effective

What do you like best? Without ever training, reading instructions or spending a second learning to use the program, it worked flawlessly. What do you dislike? I can't find anything I didn't like about this platform yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
