On the opposite scale, more freedom for users not integrated with the Mail aspect of Zoho, as that we do maintain with MS Office. We can use for official trainings & schools at this covid situation.

Zoho, is fantastic, Great tool and very easy to use. all the functionality required.

What do you like best? Ease of use and cost. The interface is simple and easy to use. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular, there isn't anything missing in Zoho that I find in other solutions. What do you like best? Very user friendly and it's integration with Zoho email What do you dislike? There are no dislikes. However, it would be great, if it can be provided as a separate account. My employees work in remote desktop and their Zoho email address is restricted by email address. They can not use it outside remote desktop to handle calls.
