Up to Speed Quickly
At this point, we're several months ahead on scheduling and the platform is easy to get up and running. It only took about 30 minutes to get up to speed on the workflow in Zoho Social. We're looking forward to trying out more tools in the Zoho suite of products to help with our business.

We have used this platform from startup to beyond. The simplicity fits well with us, and the scalability is amazing. We all like how straight forward and uncluttered the platform is put together.

Great tool for social media content and lead management
We use Zoho Social to manage leads from Facebook and LinkedIn. We're able to automate our lead management and easily access the leads coming in to our Zoho CRM. No more daily download of CSV files for us. It's really a time-saver for our organisation who handles hundreds of leads monthly.

Bigin is a awesome for Sales and Support Startups
Bigin is a very good tool for Startups dealing with high volumes of Sales or Support tickets. We started to use Teaching Pipeline and fell in love with the tool. The integration with Zapier is of the best as we directly get the leads to CRM from Facebook.

Zoho has been very useful in helping us to synchronise our tweets on this platform, and we are able to schedule out LinkedIn posts that cannot be done on LinkedIn itself! Zoho has also provided us with the best features for insights and social listening compared to other tools.
