I love all Zoho products and Zoho Social
I love all Zoho products and Zoho Social is no exception. It's super easy to connect all my social channels and post like crazy. Zoho gives you really granular analytics like which individuals engaged with your posts. This allows me to identify who is consistently engaging with the brand and who may be a good lead. It's also a nice tool if you need to manage a team of users who are posting to social. You can create drafts, approve posts, give access, etc.

We were looking for a CRM for our Business and soon found out Zoho Bigin. We started with the free trail and Bigin is a pretty much easier and compatible CRM for our business. We were able to manage our customer relationship and follow up, nurture leads on time which increased our business efficiency. Great service and support from the team.
