Zoho Social Makes Social Media Easy
Zoho Social makes the social media management of brands and online businesses super easy and affordable. I have been using their platform for well over a year now and haven't had much of any issues with it. Really flexible and their support team is awesome!

I’m happy with Zoho email and have never had issues, however I do not use their support which seems to be where the negative comments are.

Zoho Social Makes Social Media Easy
Zoho Social makes the social media management of brands and online businesses super easy and affordable. I have been using their platform for well over a year now and haven't had much of any issues with it. Really flexible and their support team is awesome!

Bigin is user friendly and flexible
Bigin is really simple to use so it makes it a really easy intuitive experience. I really liked that they gave quite a long extended trial period so we could continue to test and figure it out on our own time. This actually solidified our choice to stay with Bigin in the long run. I like that it's easy to maneuver through the processes, and how user friendly it was to set up rules, triggers, workflows etc.
