A great platform – It makes social media easy.

No idea why Zoho has 1-star reviews… Great Service
I have no idea what all the 1-star reviews are about-- I have to think a lot of it is User Error. I have used Zoho Mail for the past 5+ years and they have been the best I have used --- hence the reason I have used it for more than 5-years. I am by no means an advance user. I needed their help setting up the MX record. I found their support to be very responsive and helpful. I have had zero complaints. Their default Spam filters have been effective and are easy to tune.
