Extremely Poor Customer Service

We are a small company and at first, I was happy with my experience with the product. I was setting up the foundation of my marketing automation campaigns and then the support quality really dropped. The didn't show up for set-up demos, take at least 3 days to reply to my email questions and the implementation of the marketing automation is behind 6 weeks now. Incredibly extensive toolset for creating and managing leads but more importantly for outlining, documenting, and tracking the entire process from lead generation to sales follow-ups, all packaged in a well-designed user-friendly package.
