What do you like best? Zoho mail is an amazing addition to any unlimited email account such as hotmail, Gmail. I liked the fact that it allows you to use someones advertising web address even as an unlimited user is email. The screen and mail place have such a user interface which is very clean and quick to load. Can be quickly added to every email application utilizing really strong SMTP. The platform is so slow

The platform is so slow, unresponsive and clutsy, it has taken me over 3 hours to draft a simple email that could have taken me 10 minutes in any other platform such as MailChimp, ConvertKit or Constant Contact.When I tried to call into customer service, their auto attendant options are so lengthy there's no way to navigate through all the choices and get to the right person.I am working now to migrate off of this platform.

Just trying to create a business email is a waste of time. Cannot get past them sending me a text to activate the account. Support is not helpful, both times they have just said all is good on their end. Even though googling this problem I can tell it's a real problem people are complaining about.If it's for business, would just pay with the price for gmail to ensure quality and save time.
