Create emails with custom domains at Zoho
What do you like best? I love the mobile application best. Most professional emailing solutions provide mail.server authentication details for you to be able to read and send emails on a mobile phone. But Zoho mail has mobile applications plus desktop applications for managing the emails hosted at zoho without having to log in through the website everytime. What do you dislike? The Web interface as a bit heavy and takes long to fully load. It has way too many features that distract ...

Sleek, Collaborative, Powerful
What do you like best? I like the collaboration ability I have with my teammates. I used to use FrontApp, but switched due to cost and unused functionalities. Zoho Mail allows me to get rid of the forwarding chains with teammates, as we can simply comment in a separate thread along an email. No forwarding needed! ZMail also has tons of personalization and productivity hack capabilities. Just like every other Zoho product, their support is top notch. What do you dislike? So far, ...

It’s really good, just not GREAT.
What do you like best? Ability to send mass emails by customer segmentation. Commercial, non-commmercial, etc. What do you dislike? They don’t make it easy for you to figure out how to get it directly to our consumer base by lists. If they had this, it’d be so much easier to figure out our CTR and Open-Rate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? See above - Getting it to our direct end-consumer, it’s not a very easy process.

I hate Zoho mail services more than ANY…
I hate Zoho mail services more than ANY other business I've ever dealt with. Every few months their servers get messed up and my Outlook settings get wiped out. I have spent many hours trying to fix it SEVERAL times over, and over the course of years! Their customer support is terrible and try to blame multi-billion dollar Microsoft. Zoho has the most unstable hosting I've ever seen, and THAT is the real problem - not Microsoft. Don't let Zoho fool you about their stability rates. The ...

Great mail app!
What do you like best? Overall, I really like using Zoho Mail. It allows me to access numerous accounts (with vanity names) simply and succinctly. It has its own calendar app and also allows for integration with other mail apps (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) What do you dislike? Adding email accounts to other mail clients can be difficult; more difficult than a standard email account through another provider. Regardless of the time zone enabled in Zoho settings, calendar appointments ...

Zoho mail is a very affordable email hosting service
What do you like best? Not only is it cheap at $1 per user every month, Zoho mail also offers free custom email accounts up to 5 user. This is a good deal for trial basis and can also be a money saver for small startups that need to set custom email accounts which cheaply. The email client interface is actually pleasant and has different theming options for you to select What do you dislike? Setting up is a little challenging because of the different records that how to be set yet ...

Not the best but it works
What do you like best? I like the collaboration aspects of Zoho Mail and think it has some great options for working with teams. There are lots of ways to access team calendars as well as to organize your email so that filters are flowing correctly. I also like that it is an "out there" type platform that not many people tend to use. It makes it more interesting to learn and gives you a bit of a thrill (of sorts) to navigate through it. So many things are the same these days so it's nice ...

Excellent mail service, the best I have used
What do you like best? Nice interface, with lots of options and customization. Tech support is fast and amazing. Easily better than GMail or outlook. What do you dislike? Maybe, a few too many options. Sometimes it is hard to find the option you need. I am a confident and competent computer user, but those less technologically minded may struggle. Recommendations to others considering the product: If in doubt, ask tech support! They will help you efficiently and thoroughly. Some ...

Zoho is one of the best email hosting services I have used
What do you like best? Zoho offers free trail accounts up to I think 4 users with 1GB of storage. The pricing is very affordable considering you get to use other zoho servcies like zoho writer and other office tools to read and edit documents within zoho. What do you dislike? I like having a desktop installation for zoho client, but the problems is it does not notify me of new emails. The only way I find out if I have a new email is after I open the client. It can be quite an ...

Zoho Mail for startups
What do you like best? I like that I can create aliases for my users and use them for different purposes. I don't need to create a bunch of users for every single email address. What do you dislike? The interfaces are not that easy. I don't like the mobile App, it is hard to use. And I don't like email grouping. I've tried many different mail clients and Gmail does it the best. And, I'd like to have a possibility to log in to different accounts at the same time in a web-browser how it ...
