Appalling customer support, Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Tried to move my business email to Zoho 4 days ago, I am still unable to receive emails from clients. Terrible customer service, I have repeatedly tried to contact them using different routes and have not received ANY response at all. This means I will have lost potential clients.I strongly recommend that if you need to rely on a business email hots that you DO NOT use Zoho.

I never had any problems with the email service. It is the only company I know of that allows custom domain emails free of charge. That is already a value of $60/yesar annually - at leastGiving 4 stars because the user interface to set it up can indeed be friendlier.

Email hosting at Zoho was a nightmare
My professional email was hosted at Zoho and it was a nightmare. Despite the terrible interface, the account was configured and my MX records were correct, but emails were not being delivered. I asked for support on that matter and I never, ever got a reply. I finally got a reply when I opened a ticket to close my account, saying I initially wanted to create a paid hosting account, but because support was so bad, I could not take that risk. Horrible Experience
I had a very bad experience with Zoho Mail. Migrating my emails from my old provider has been a total nightmare. I realize it will be different for each person, nevertheless I want to share a shortlist of issues I experienced:1. Numerous emails bouncing due to propagation - this is normal in any migration but it just took much longer with Zoho. With my current provider I had zero bounced emails after having switched.2. Great mail service
I have been using Zoho Mail frequently for several months now, and am so glad I switched. The design looks great. They are regularly adding new features and improvements. No ads or tracking! I easily send and receive email from several old email addresses, all from the single log-on and interface. Also, they are quick to respond to feedback and help requests. I gladly recommend Zoho Mail.
