Far better than google apps for business!

What do you like best? Easy and straight forward to setup when using a custom domain with a clean slick looking customisable interface. What do you dislike? We’ve yet to find a reason to dislike zoho mail as so far everything has been perfect! Impressed by Zoho Mail

What do you like best? Fast response, everything is greatly structured, easy search and menu. You can create filters, chats, templates, folders. Exists a free version with a lot of space. What do you dislike? Interface is too simple. Auto response isn't working properly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoho mail is perfect for personal and business use. We totally love chat and the possibility to create folders in it.

Cost-effective alternative to G Suite

What do you like best? Zoho mail helped us decrease our spendings on G Suite while providing tools equivalent to G Suite. What do you dislike? The interface is a little different from what you are used to in tradition webmail services. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Limit our spending on G Suite.

Great email client

What do you like best? Great email service. Great for detecting spam and unwanted emails. Great customer service team and some amazing features even in the free plan. What do you dislike? Not alot really other then could be slightly more user friendly and a better color scheme. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Spam detection.
