Perfect GMAIL alternative

I've never had an issue with Zoho mail and I can do everything with Zoho that I can do with Gmail. Zoho mail did a great job. And the pricing is affordable.

It wants us to code inside their own…

It wants us to code inside their own stuff ...I mean, why they dont offer fonctionnalities instead of giving a code engine. The CRM is also the worst since it as no relations betweens its modules.

Good value for money

Good value for money. Missing a few tools from Google, but we keep using it for a few things like projects, time tracking, and HR stuff.

Really solid email service that compares to the quality of gmail. I've never had an issue with Zoho mail and I can do everything with Zoho that I can do with gmail.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. As a small business owner, I was looking for an alternative to Gmail and Zoho had good reviews. It is terrible. It constantly gets accessed by 3rd party apps and I am locked out of my own account because it was blocked on my IP address. Their customer support is all overseas and useless. You get what you pay for in this situation.

Business Mail lite - Cheap, but unprofessional looking, second-rate service

Second rate email service provider. I bought the business mail lite package and fortunately it wasn't a lot of money to throw away, but after a few weeks of use I'll be switching to a bigger more well known email provider. Very fiddly and confusing to set up the custom domain, then problems setting up activesync in Outlook 2019 for Windows email client. After much ado finally able to see my zoho calendar in Outlook, but when I send out an invite it appears with gobblegook as the sender ...

They are site with many things

They are site with many things, not just mail...for some reason all titles was on some chinese letters and i don;t know why, everything else is normal... they have a lot of stuff but they are really slow...they are Good for making bussines email

Their service seems to be collapsing. DO NOT use Zoho

Having used Zoho for over 10 years I am very disappointed to say the as of late 2020 their service seems to be collapsing. DO NOT use Zoho for your email or other business services. They seem to be going out of business and will not fix support requests (no email access) on any of my 4 accounts.

Easy to manage the business mails

What do you like best? The mailbox is easy to manage - I have set up different folders to sort the mails by topic. The great thing is that the sorting by keywords is almost automatic. What do you dislike? I am always asked to re-enter my signature because there seems to be an error when connecting to the external server, even though I don't have any image or external content in my signature.
