What do you like best? It's free, easy to set up. Friendly UI. Could like to Gmail or outlook later so don't have to login to zohomail every time. What do you dislike? The zoho mail is a brilliant and very affordable software and you can easil filter the spam email and make list and customize the groups of email accounts very easily through it What do you dislike? Excellent Alternative to Gmail.
What do you like best? Low Cost Domain based email that is fast and reliable. What do you dislike? The Setup can be a bit difficult to complete. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you do not mind a slightly more complex setup than Gmail, Zoho Mail is a cost friendly system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have used Zoho email for SMB domain based accounts.

Good to use, simple with required features
What do you like best? Simple to use, sending emails/ calendar invite is easy. What do you dislike? When replying or forwarding emails, extra line is added to earlier email. For long email chain it becomes difficult to read older emails. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A formal communication channel for the company.
