I've been pleasantly surprised by Zoho Social. I find posting as a micro business time consuming in both content creation and getting posts out and hate having to be on my phone to manage this. I'd used another platform in the past but it wasn't the best experience as it always felt a little clunky (and seemed to always fail to post to one stream). Extremely customisable & great value for money
Bigin is by far the best CRM software I have come across for my business. It is incredibly versatile, intuitive and packs a ton of features other CRMs cannot match. I would recommend this to all small businesses.
