Very simple to use CRM
Very simple to use CRM. I use it to track my pipeline and it makes follow-up simple and streamlined. It's easy to see where all of my potential clients are in terms of purchasing and no-one gets left behind like other CRM that offer you the moon and back.

I have been using Zoho for years and consistently recommend it to family and friends who have businesses as well. It makes tracking invoices and payments so easy. I especially love the easy reporting.

Bigin was easy and quick for a small business
