Best, low-cost social media management tool for SMEs.
Been using the free trial and all the tools are there that I need. After experiencing other slow, free SMM tools, this is refreshing. Being able to edit a post for each channel (instead of copy and paste) is a time-saver, as well as being able to reply to comments and messages within the app. An all-in-one-tool for any small business looking to manage their social media presence. Definitely upgrading to paid version after this trial.

I love zoho
I love zoho! I recommend zoho to all of my clients as a way for them to get organized, grow, and automate their business. Bigin is a great tool to keep up with deals and works great for sales departments.

Zoho Cuts Through the Crap of Social…
Zoho Cuts Through the Crap of Social Media Management Tools online. They are clear about their features, the configuration, and the pricing. The same cannot be said for many other tools out there. If you're trying to publish on multiple platforms AND keep track of the feedback and conversations, Zoho is a seriously good tool. I'd argue essential really for any institution on the internet.

Easy to use and have all the features I need
I have used so many different CRM software in past and must say Bigin is very easy to use but at the same time, it has all the functionalities a small or medium business needs.

BIGIN is easy to use and convenient
BIGIN is easy to use and convenient! They have an app that users can download on their mobile phones so they can access the amazing features BIGIN has to offer on the go! I would like to suggest that they offer a dialer with their CRM and that they can get our task/call notifications synced with the app so we can stay on top of our call list :D Other than this, BIGIN is one of the best CRM's out there :D
