Bigin is one of the simplest and yet advanced CRM that I use for my personal use. Trust me I always wanted a CRM that is hassle free and BIGIN does that exactly. It's navigation is very easy and any person who is not familiar with it can also understand it easily. I keep track of my deals and call and also the events through this. They also keep providing the updates regular that gives you new features. Just go for this guys.

I am a small agency owner, even as a small business, you will need a CRM to manage all your leads and clients. If you are serious about scaling your team and growing your business. You should give Bigin a Test run! I have tried many other CRMs and none comes close to what Bigin has to offer. 1. Short learning curve 2. Immediate implementation 3. I'm using their free personal service, no idea what customer service is like since I haven't interacted with it (but can't be worse than the other free services). Switched to zoho when my ISP started messing up incoming emails. Zoho's interface is a little clunky and rather complicated (it's not just mail, but an entire suite of business apps), expect to spend time figuring it out (I suggest looking at every menu selection, of which there are many, and googling if that doesn't work, there ...
