My Favorite CRM!

I love the workflow, UI, and the ease of use and not overpaying compared to other CRM's. Also, I think this is the perfect product for small businesses as well as real estate which is the industry I'm in.

Our agency has been using Zoho Social for a few months now and it's way better than the previous software which still had many components that were disconnected and had to be handled manually. We work very hard and so automation and removing the parts that could be less handson was a big determining factor. Also Zoho intergrates so well into their other software making upsells and tracking customer acquisition and needs leads super fluid.
