Excellent platform for start-ups who want to organize their CRM.
We started using Bigin by Zoho since last month. Its a brilliant platform, especially for start-ups or SMEs who have small scale operations & don't want to spend too much on bigger platforms like Zoho CRM. Bigin CRM pipeline tool is simple (fast) and helpful.
Bigin has been great for my team of 3 account managers, 1 inside sales rep, and owner. We use the simple visual pipeline on our weekly sales call for the team to discuss companies, leads, sales, pipeline, etc. Previous ZoHo CRM user for 2+ years, and I'm very likely going to make the jump to Bigin CRM permanent. Especially since I was able to migrate all my data from ZoHo CRM to Bigin CRM with Support team's help.

I have been trying out Bigin by Zoho
I have been trying out Bigin by Zoho. I wanted to see if there is a low-cost but feature-rich CRM that is a good option for small businesses. To my surprise, Bigin has proven to be a real home run. For a fraction of what other CRM platforms charge, Bigin delivers all the features small business owners need to automate sales functions and close more business.
