What do you like best? Integration with Quickbooks and capturing receipts with pictures. What do you dislike? Nothing so far, it's been quite a good experience. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start the trial just before expense reporting time so you can fully try it out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was using Expensify, and it was a headache to manage expenses. Zoho works better for me.

I love how the app is arranged to submit multiple expenses as a group What do you dislike? nothing major so far may be at first its hard to get what you need to do What problems are you solving with the product? New to Zoho Expense (replacing home-grown system)

What do you like best? Easy to use. Simple to setup. Has all the features we built into our own home-grown system. Receipt picture-taking is a very good feature. What do you dislike? not much. Nothing has really surfaced as a problem yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our home-grown system runs on an expensive development platform. The goal for Zoho is cost savings.

Great simple tool to use & great to integrate with other Zoho Apps.

What do you like best? Photo upload within the App and allows auto-scan and upload of the pricing of the receipts. What do you dislike? Too many different apps for zoho. Within this app/tool, inability to bulk tag the items. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Receipts, expense, potential all form of bills and payment to be hooked into Books.

What do you like best? Love the smart scan of receipts, and ability to generate your own report templates. There is lots of flexibility built in to customizing things to report how you need it for your organization! Love that I can add tax, and adjust it.
