A convenient and efficient way for us to collaborate

What do you like best? We like being able to access shared documents in one place online and save updated versions instantly. Zoho Docs has a well-organized interface that is simple to navigate and work with. A different experience to microsoft office.

What do you like best? Accepts various file formats, if we want to reedit. As soon as I use it is moderately easy and I say moderately because its interface is different to what we have been used to for years. The files can be saved on the PC, also admits revisions to restore previous versions. What do you dislike? It should be more intuitive to use personally I think if you complicate it a bit. What do you like best? Very similar to Google Drive. Sheets, Docs and others are easy to use, easy to save and easy to retrieve.
