"Best solution for customer support and knowledge base"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Simple to use and the customer support page allows you to create a FAQ and article in an easy way simply. The tickets are quite simple to use and manage. Still creating the FAQ page but, so far so good.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? We had so many support queries for medical supplies across our care homes. We needed a platform where we can easily manage all this. Zoho desk was the solution. Not only did it resolve all our support issues, indeed it is very easy to use with a clear interface, not cluttered and you can get to the infomration you want quickly. Unlike other ticketing systems, it gives an easy to use interface, easy replying options, easy setup.
