What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The user interface is quite intuitive and easy to use. Our staff did not require any special training to begin using the platform. I also like the customizability of the dashboards.

"Seems Nice"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? It seems to do all that you'd want for a ticketing portal. I have to dig a bit deeper to know for sure, but so far it seems intuitive and feature rich. Made our short list.

"Zoho One - Simple and reliable."

What do you like best about Zoho One? As an employee, we must report to our HR for leaves and salary, but Zoho allows me to access everything on my laptop screen. I can easily add leaves and attendance and see my payroll information in Zoho. This software's Interface is reliable and straightforward overall and provides a good user experience.

"Zoho Desk is great, with very minor drawbacks"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Simplicity and integration. Tickets can be either as simple or as complicated as you'd want them to be. Email integration is a nice addition for responding to customers. Automatic replying for tickets and automation for notifications are great.
