Zoho is really great
What do you like best? I start using one single product with zoho, now we are using a few of them and I'm sure we will keep on adding zoho products to our company. The user interface has been improved so much it is really the top company right now with the full suite. What do you dislike? Everything is working great, I like their products and support. User Friendly, Great UI, flexible with many customization options
What do you like best? I really enjoy the user interface on zoho desk. It is easy to navigate and compact. I am also very satisfied with the customization options that are available. Most features and great support
What do you like best? The support, hands down. Even dumb questions where if I had continued to look, they are happy to answer. What do you dislike? A few items missing, but overall everything I was looking for is there. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allowing people to contact me when it's right for them and allowing me to track their issues.

ZoHo Desk is easy to use and increases our efficiency!
What do you like best? - customizable features like workflows and reports - fact that we can add solutions to reported incidents (necessary for our quality management systems - integration with ZoHo CRM! - structure ZoHo Desk like your corporation is structured by creating departments. It's one of the best customer support app I tried
What do you like best? Simple to deploy with flat learning curve. Works with other zoho products. What do you dislike? Chinese translation is not done well, so I use English version. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer service require too much internal communication, sending email within the company complcates things. This app shortens the process.

Whats a good ticket system
What do you like best? It is a very robust system. The is a feature for basically every aspect of a business that should be automated. What do you dislike? You have to be pretty tech savvy to understand the system. It isn't very user friendly to someone who doesn't have any experience in multi-use system.
