Great Product
What do you like best? Multi-channel support with How to Center for our customer service reps to reference canned responses. What do you dislike? Feature list can be overwhelming including the initial dashboard view without customization compared to what we were using previously. What business problems are you solving with the product? Es una buena herramienta para el control del servicio a clientes.

Easy to use with excellent start up templates
What do you like best? It's fast, reliable and flexible. Very easy to setup and deploy, the administration is friendly and the API is great for our own developments. What do you dislike? Good features, could use some work.
What do you like best? User-friendly for the most part. Clean looking, has some good options like closing the ticket without notifying the customer. What do you dislike? Can;t assign by account name. When an email comes in to create a ticket, very often it assigns to another account. We have owners that have multiple accounts with us. What do you like best? The PPX system integration is very helpfull to make the information management more efficient making my team support more productive. What do you dislike? The lack of video tutorials about the Zoho programming code. The software is very usefull but to get better automation results, i would need more information about how to build rules using codes in Zoho Desk. What do you like best? I have been using Zoho Desk trial for a number of days and can see that it can do far more than other similar software I have been testing.
