Keeps me organized!

What do you like best? CRM, survey, forms, emailing, marketing! The fact that you can integrate Drop box is very useful.. and it's internet based so you can log in from anywhere, also the app! What do you dislike? I don't know of any thing I dislike.. everything works great from what I can tell so far.. Easy to set-up and easy to use

What do you like best? We were looking for a helpdesk solution that was simple to use and simple to set-up. We have found that with Zoho. I was able to set up the whole thing and be functionally running within a couple of hours. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It really lowers the barriers to entry and let's a small player compete like a larger enterprise. It's pretty easy to use and affordable.
