This application is useful tool and very easy to learn and use but very different from Gmail.
What do you like best? You can switch between email addresses and departments. What do you dislike? Tickets don't close automatically close by themselves. I have to manually close them which clutters my inbox when I forget. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to benefit out customer outreach by using the "waiting on customer" ticket feature.

Limited linking between sections - such as organisations and tickets - this limits reporting Recommendations to others considering the product Take the time to understand the feature set - its a great platform What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I tried out zoho desk for the management of my IT user access requests and my HR requests. What do you dislike? It enabled me to track and follow up requests and ensure they were within SLA What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better KPI monitoring Increased visibility Faster processing of requests

Best Free Software ever
What do you like best? Its User interface is easy to use. We can easily understand to use with little knowledge of the services through its guides. What do you dislike? Until now everything is ok. Just some issues when updating some setting it does not update immediately. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoho is the best IT Service Desk software on the market!
What do you like best? I can only recommend Zoho Desk as the best solution currently on the market. It is fast, easy to use, has all needed features at very low cost! What do you dislike? Apart from the documentation that could be a little bit more detailed I have nothing I dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to work more efficient and increase the customer satisfaction of the IT department.

Very solid help desk option for a great price.
What do you like best? Zoho Desk is a very robust help desk software with a very aggressive pricing model. I've looked at dozens of comparable choices and I don't think any are as good of a value. Easy to use and great customer support
What do you like best? Very straightforward guides and has a complementary iPhone app to allow you to seamlessly take your tasks to your phone. What do you dislike? Ran into a bit of an issue with the sign up page as it was not loading but this was quickly resolved by the Zoho support. What business problems are you solving with the product?
