Good for a free service desk solution

What do you like best? I like that the free version has plenty of features to get a small company by. I think with a paid subscription the limitations would be lifted enough to make this a full-featured software application. What do you dislike? The free version does not allow for CRM integration which is somewhat of a bummer. I wanted to pull my accounts and contacts over, but this is not doable in the free trial. What do you like best? Zoho desk is simple to deploy and easy to integrate with existing services. The reports are easy to customize as well as the interface.
