That everything has to go with the same version. Like you cannot use this software at Pro edition if you use the CRM at Enterprise What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? So far, this is the only help desk ticketing system that has integration with Amazon Connect. What do you dislike? Spotty notifications. Sometimes I go hours without realizing a ticket has been opened. Very easy to set up!
What do you like best? We really liked the ease of admin work required to set up and deploy the solution with a really clean interface What do you dislike? There is really nothing not to like all of the applications in the Zoho suite really work well together and again are very clean and easy to use. Pleased with the ease of use
What do you like best? The ease of use for a nontechnical leader that needs this level organization. Also, it's customization fits my small business. What do you dislike? Currently, I am still learning the potential of the software, no cons currently. Working to train team in 2 weeks for more feedback. What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy setup, good support, needs more integrations
What do you like best? Easy to setup with good customer support. Web portal is great and prebuilt HTML email template is a nice touch to support emails. What do you dislike? Email ticketing does not support DKIM or SPF records so sometimes our support emails end up in clients junk mail. Integration with Twilio to support SMS ticketing would be great. Full-featured ticketing system for free.
What do you like best? The software has a lot of features, even for the free version. This is definitely a professional ticketing system that almost any size company can use. It may seem a bit intimidating at first, but you get used to it quickly. What do you dislike? The free version does not have the CRM integration that their other apps have, which is kind of a bummer.
