We have found Zoho Desk to be extremely beneficial & easy to use

What do you like best? Ample features and functionality that we could customise to our needs, easy to use, and easy to setup and implement without additional training. What do you dislike? Nothing that really stands out at the moment, perhaps we will have more idea after further use of the product. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A consolidated view and automation for our service desk function.

Excellent Request Management Tool

What do you like best? Zoho has allowed us to automate many of our processes, and gives us the ability to report on many aspects of our work. Zohodesk has allowed us to investigate our actual completed work against our available FTE, and remove bottlenecks from our process and increasing our productivity. What do you dislike? Zoho Help Desk - our experience

What do you like best? Super easy to use, the interface is fairly intuitive for beginners. What do you dislike? Some advanced settings are hidden in very deep menus, and can be fairly difficult to reach to. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to better manage all support enquiries at our business. Help Desk makes it extremely easy to get the right enquiry to the right person.

Great app with an affordable price tag

What do you like best? SAAS, feature rich help desk with a price tag that is affordable. What do you dislike? Wish there were more training assets for training staff. Recommendations to others considering the product Don't hesitate. From all of our testing and experience this looks to be a solid product with robust features.
