Easy to use.

What do you like best? What we like best about Zoho desk is how easy it is to set up and add into our existing work flow. What do you dislike? We dislike that you can't segment different emails to different folders based on the subject line. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoho is allowing us to keep all of our customer requests organized.

What do you like best? Zoho Desk was very easy to setup and learn. There has been a huge increase in efficiency among agents after it was implemented. I’ll say that we have the best ahead of us. What do you like best? How easy it is to open tickets by sending an email. Once the ticket is open, I can easily assign it to the correct agent. What do you dislike? Sometimes the interface opens multiple tickets and a few times it has added my email to an existing ticket even though I wanted to open a new ticket and sent in an email with a new subject. Great Features and UI for small business support....

What do you like best? All features that required in a ticketing solution were met by Zoho Desk free. There are definitely advantages to upgrading to a higher tier, but one could easily make it by without if they structured things intelligently on their end. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The interface is very friendly and it´s very easy to use What do you dislike? nothing at the moment, all that i test is very useful.I think the KB must be different, i need to put images inside the KB, but you must upload the picture first, and then attach to the KB.
