User friendly and easy to configure

What do you like best? I like most about the tool that is easy to create new task and tickets and assign it to an agent. also i like the knowledge base to register the important information and make it available for the users. What do you dislike? I'm struggling to link my contacts from my CRM. For now it's a bit confusing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer support and Sales Enquiries.

Easy to use, higly flexible support software

What do you like best? Grate flexibility in configuration, ease of use, clean UI. The support guys are very responsive. Perfectly integrates with Zoho CRM to give the visibility on supported leads/customers. What do you like best? the zoho portal has most of its applications integrated as well as a phone system using our fav Twilio.
