What do you like best? Great product for handling customer requests. Accurate and flexible ticket and time-resolution monitoring. What do you dislike? For the needs of our company there are not many points we are not satisfied with. It requires precise training but, through automation, you can prevent errors. Help Desk Application
What do you like best? Easy to use and has a lot of needful add on applications. What do you dislike? There is really nothing to dislike. It works as designed and easy to use! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a full on service desk application and helps manage day to day operations in help desk environment.

What do you like best? comprehensive feature set. Really great wizard to guide you through the trial period and setting it up. Great value for money What do you dislike? What do you like best? Plenty of features to compete with Zendesk. Multiple portals, telephony, customizable agent views, etc. (for a price. Get started for free and integrate with Zoho CRM. What do you dislike? Setup and user interface take time to learn. Not the same look and feel as Zoho CRM. What do you like best? It provides an Ariel view to complete help desk process. User management is great, teams get notified on any change on status or ticket activity. Customizable Reports along with the detailed dashboard will keep you updated in real-time.
