What do you like best? There are so many features in Zoho that I love but my favorite would be the auto ticketing system linked to emails. My support email forwards to Zoho and new tickets are created upon receipt What do you dislike? It was a little hard to navigate in the beginning but that has now passed. Search no More.... Support Desk

What do you like best? We love that Zoho Desk is cloud based. we also are users of other Zoho services and it all integrates well together. What do you dislike? Just like any software solution there is a learning curve involved. that is our only issue at the beginning. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? one place for all our support issues. very easily we can track the performance of our support agents.

What do you like best? I found ZOHO desk as one screen solution for my service requirements. Employees in feild requirements. Up-time to customers has become adequate. What do you dislike? Maintaining contracts is not possible in Zoho desk. Remainders for tickets are not synchronised with mobile application. What do you like best? Love the new clean layout and all of the features. Perfect for small businesses looking for a pro level customer service app. What do you dislike? Although I love the new clean design, there are a lot of leftover outdated design elements in live chat, the help center, etc. Would love to see all of this cleaned up as well. Easy to set up and quick integration

What do you like best? Being a user of Zoho CRM the quick integration worked great. What do you dislike? We only wanted email set up to start. There are alot of options beyond that which can be overwhellming. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
