Great customer support tool

What do you like best? It allows having information online and centralized for all the tickets from all the costumers. Every agent has the notifications when they need. What do you like best? Very easy to setup. Available on all platforms incl apps and widgets. Easy to assign tickets, perfect SLA integration. What do you dislike? Really Good Support Desk

What do you like best? I like that I can customise the platform to suit our requirements. What do you dislike? Initially the tech team were a little slow to migrate our data in from Zendesk. Recommendations to others considering the product Do it! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using Zoho Desk for support emails received through a direct email. it is also feeding tickets in from our website.
