Zoho is awesome
What do you like best? I absolutely love all of the Zoho apps. I use several of them. They are perfect for someone just starting a business, there are several free options and free trials. You can definitely use the Zoho suite of apps when you start with no money and grow as your business grows. What do you dislike? I don't think I have found anything I dislike yet. Simple to use and Multilingual
What do you like best? We were looking for a multilingual CRM and HelpDesk software. When we found Zoho we were surprised by its ease of use and the multi-module just to make our life easy What do you dislike? Good helpdesk... but needs UI improvements
What do you like best? Really good one. Offers tons of features. You can handle multi-channel, multi-agent, multi-department custom service so easily and effectively. The thing we dislike can be the heavy integration with other services. These are great if you use them, but if not they might become a bit annoying.
