What do you like best? The interface of zoho is very intuitive and together with the detailed documentation, it can help even non-technical users set up the application. What do you like best? Zoho is easy to use, GUI is very attractive and the tasks can be easily found. You can create a ticket by pressing just one button. What do you dislike? Zoho desk is expensive a little. Nothing else we can say. Everything is good, no dislikes for the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are very new to Zoho and so far the system is easy to navigate
What do you like best? I like that I can call a support person. The Zoho interface is easy to use. What do you dislike? It is always a chore to go from one ticketing system to another. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the time to learn the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The current system we are using (not Zoho is antiquated and actually costs more.

What do you like best? The interface is extremely instinctive. Great colors,good mien of capacities in the work region. Procedure of ticketing is proficient, SLAs are convenient, customers the board is OK,reports are finished and concrete!
