It's overwhelming but also frustrating.

What do you like best? It has a lot under the hood to work with and to build it based on our needs within the company. What do you dislike? The gripe I have is that some of the things we want to customize but are not unfortunately and we don't need certain fields and it's a shame that we have to leave these blank when it couldn't easily be removed and not clutter on the tickets.
