Typically excellent ZOHO so far

What do you like best? Configuration options, cutomer messaging What do you dislike? Not as clear as I'd like in lists but getting there What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I found Autotask very difficult and messy to communicate with customers. Zoho is far supoerior that way. Also ticket history is much clearer and manageable.
