What do you like best? works with the crm ZOHO out of the box with little set up. What do you dislike? Zoho desk is a fine product. Zoho Desk one of the easiest application used for CRM ticketing tool.
What do you like best? Zoho Desk helps you to compartmentalize different sectors of the business into the tools and track the progress of the business by using a ticketing system. What do you dislike? With the iOS application, tracking a ticket as per agent/employee of a department is not possible so when you are tracking via iOS application that fails, and then we need another platform for the same. It is really easy to navigate and the gui is very good, too.This offers collaboration resources so that the whole staff can improve their effectiveness by active chat, file sharing. What do you like best? That there is a wide range of functionality you get without needing to purchase "add ons" or upgrades like other competitors. From what I can see, you buy what you can afford and there's very little in the way of complicated "add on" packages to use certain functionality. What do you dislike? Zoho desk gives a better view of all activities
What do you like best? It is very easy to communicate with our customer just because of this outstanding platform. It provides us constant notification in case on any unwanted activity, occurred in the ticket stream. Zoho desk automates the organization of open tickets for better handling by the agent, and provides us mobility if we are not present on the system, it is a pre work done by it.
