Amazing Ticketing SYSTEM!
What do you like best? It is easy to operate and I love that it can be linked to a workflow system like Trello! What do you dislike? I have not had any downsides or experience anything negative. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Requests coming in from out organization and to manage all requests under one place.

Overall a great product with plenty of integrations. Support needs to be improved.
What do you like best? Great features with easy to understand pricing. Tons of integrations, especially when using other products in the Zoho ecosystem. I like how customers can access via multiple channels of communication including email, live chat, and phone. What do you dislike?
