Best Ever.
What do you like best? The most helpful thing about Zoho Desk is how they put the customer first. It really helps us focus. What do you dislike? nothing, It is abosultely one of the best tools i have ever used What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving customer problems in half the time I was before. That really cuts the work time and we are able to help more customers.

Helpful for E commerce
What do you like best? We really like the automation rules and how ticketing systems works What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike, But reports are bit hard to access , though there are several reports available , which we are easily accessible What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As we are an ecommerce company so , we are using zoho desk for solving email tickets that are been generated by the customers .

Easy to set up
What do you like best? The fact that the Help Center can be customized with CSS. What do you dislike? Experienced couple downtimes when testing. However, they got solved after some minutes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a main source to receive all Support tickets + be able to create custom reports based on different fields.
