A good product, but could use improvements.
What do you like best? Very robust and customizable. Allows for a knowledge base to help stop simple issues from getting to my people. Cost is also much nicer for what you get than other similar sites. What do you dislike? Cumbersome UI when you have multiple modules unless you use 3rd party apps (like Teams) and a language barrier. Great new tools to simplify daily activities.
What do you like best? The software is so much better then our old software in just about every way. What do you dislike? I have not found anything I am not happy with yet with the software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Combining several different software programs we use into one useful tool. This will save us a lot of time with all employees using one software and training will all be done with one software to handle it all.
