Great experience.
What do you like best? Zoho can prioritize tasks and shows over-due customer requests. What do you dislike? It doesn't allow copy and paste image into the message directly. What do you like best? The Microsoft Teams integration and addition of SLA's. Dashboards and reporting ability is great. What do you dislike? Not being able to use the existing support email address. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Addition of SLA's. Timing and resolution of tickets.

Just enjoying how easy to give support to customers and inside employees.
What do you like best? How ease and efficient the platform is. Very fast response and very responsive to inputs on the remote computer or phone. What do you dislike? What a great system
What do you like best? Transfering data is for integration is seamless What do you dislike? Still working on the ticket flows. This will take time to adjust to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multi-brand support. So. Much. Cheaper. It was a very easy pitch to the business owner.
